Travel π Location / Contract Details Must live 100 miles away (travel nurse requirement) 8-week contract 3 Γ 12-hour night shifts π©ββοΈ Required Experience & Skills NICU experience: 2-3+ years minimum (strong preference for LevelIII-IV NICU
) Must be able to manage: Mechanical ventilation High-frequency oscillation (HFOV) Pressors Micro-preemies (as early as 23 weeks gestation) Experience with neonatal emergencies and high-acuity care required π©Ί Required Certifications BLS NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) STABLE certification Active RN license (state/district as required) π₯ Unit Overview Admissions mainly from Labor & Delivery Patient range: 23 weeks gestation to ~4 months old Nurse responsibilities include attending: C-sections High-risk deliveries Neonatal emergencies immediately after birth 𧬠Common Conditions Treated Extreme prematurity Respiratory distress syndrome Sepsis Hypoglycemia Congenital anomalies Seizures Meconium aspiration syndrome π οΈ Procedures & Duties Noninvasive ventilation (CPAP) Mechanical ventilation + HFOV + nitric oxide therapy IV insertion and central line support Intubation assistance Sepsis workups Blood transfusions Medication administration Vital signs monitoring Parental education Bedside diagnostics and procedures About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
