Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California Previous school-based OT experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams Passion for supporting student growth and achievement
Role Responsibilities:
Assess and support students with varying physical, developmental, or learning abilities Develop and implement evidence-based interventions in classrooms and individualized settings Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes per school guidelines Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student plans Commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year
