Working within a dynamic, multidisciplinary therapy department, you'll encounter a diverse caseload across Orthopedic, Neurological, and Developmentally Delayed Pediatric conditions and more. Expand your expertise with access to a broad spectrum of therapies—including hydrotherapy, pelvic health, dry needling, and the renowned LSVT Big and Loud Program. This setting delivers exposure to both in-patient and out-patient services as well as school and home care visits, promoting well-rounded professional growth and insight into different leadership and clinical approaches. Opportunities abound for expanding your resume by working in Montana's only full-service medical facility for several counties—serving patients locally and even from neighboring states and Canada. Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; specific hours to be confirmed with assignment
Required Qualifications:
Active OT license Previous hospital or clinical experience in occupational therapy preferred Ability to manage a variety of therapy cases, from acute to long-term care Flexibility for out-patient, in-patient, school, and home visits
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy for patients of all ages and backgrounds Collaborate with an integrated team: PTs, speech therapists, doctors, nurses, social workers, and more Contribute to patient progress through individualized and group sessions Document sessions and progress per facility standards Participate in community wellness initiatives
