Qualifications/Desired Experience:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid OT licensure in Arizona (or eligibility)
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Able to provide both direct and indirect therapeutic services to K-12 students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for student-centered care and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, ensuring individualized support
  • Develop, implement, and track progress on student treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Provide only contracted services—no extra district duties required
