Schedule/Hours:
Start on any Monday with hospital approval Schedule may include some outpatient caseload, but inpatient skills are essential
Required Qualifications:
Current Oregon licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility with proof of application Outpatient experience with adults required; experience with neuro conditions and post-surgical is a must Inpatient therapy experience Computer literacy Valid driver's license or alternative transportation arrangement
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled, medically prescribed occupational therapy interventions under approved provider orders Assess, screen, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for patient identification and referral Continuously evaluate patient needs, modify treatment plans, and prepare discharge summaries Complete thorough and timely documentation—billing, treatment notes, evaluation reports, and plans
