Desired Qualifications:
Valid and active license/certification for Occupational Therapy Experience in both outpatient and inpatient therapy settings preferred Ability to adapt to various therapy services, from orthopedic to pediatric and neurological Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or rural clinic advantageous
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services across multiple care settings Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized patient goals Complete thorough assessments, create treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions Participate in patient and caregiver education Contribute to the department's commitment to wellness and quality outcomes Document patient progress per facility guidelines
