As a traveling Occupational Therapist, this role gives you an immersive opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge while exploring the cultural and recreational gems of the region. This unique position in hospital-based home care will allow you to provide essential occupational therapy services directly to patients in their residences—from infants to centenarians. You'll assess and address impairments caused by injury, disease, or disability, working closely with the patient, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans. Managing technical, environmental, and financial resources is part of the responsibility, providing you with valuable skills transferable to any future role.

Travel within the assigned geographic area as neededQualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist registration with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts Minimum of one year of certified home care OT licensure At least two years' experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or homecare settings Solid command of computer software and, ideally, experience with hand-held patient care devices Outstanding verbal, written, and electronic communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently Exceptional customer service and cultural competence with diverse populationsResponsibilities:

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.14 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
