Key Qualifications:

Minimum of one year certified home care OT experience At least two years as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, rehabilitation, or homecare settings Massachusetts OT Licensure and registration with the Board of Registration Proficiency using a range of computer software, with preference for those skilled in hand-held patient care devices Outstanding verbal, written, and electronic communication skills Strong customer service aptitude; ability to work effectively with diverse populations Adaptable, skilled at prioritizing and managing shifting workloads Travel required within the designated geographic area

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to patients in their homes Assess cognitive, physical, and functional impairments stemming from injury, disease, disability, or other causes Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other health professionals to coordinate and optimize care plans Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources to support effective treatment
