Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist license (Massachusetts Board of Registration) At least one year of certified home care OT experience Minimum of two years' experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare settings Proficiency with standard computer applications; familiarity with hand-held patient care devices preferred Strong customer service mindset and ability to work with diverse populations Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills Adaptability and effective task prioritization Willingness to travel within the designated area
