Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel position (specific shifts discussed during interview)
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California (active and in good standing) Recent hospital-based OT experience preferred Strong assessment and patient care skills Excellent communication and adaptability BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient caseload Deliver therapeutic interventions that promote patient mobility, independence, and quality of life Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and case managers Document patient progress according to hospital standards and regulatory requirements Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and aftercare
