Firm 6/15 Orientation every

Monday NBO:

16 hours 36-40 hours per week (overtime after 40 hours) May be asked to float across local campuses within the same discipline Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid State license (or eligible) as an Occupational Therapist Previous hospital-based experience preferred but not mandatory Functional knowledge of

EPIC EMR

system is a plus Flexibility to float as needed within the therapy discipline Strong collaborative and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality therapy interventions as part of an interdisciplinary care team Manage and coordinate patient care with compassion and professionalism Accurately document patient progress using

EPIC EMR

Participate in on-call rotations and respond as needed Fulfill charge and/or precepting duties when assigned
