This hospital-based assignment exposes you to varied workplace practices and offers valuable experience in both acute inpatient and swing bed settings. With a supportive clinical management structure and access to experienced healthcare leaders, you'll build an impressive and well-rounded resume—ideal for those looking to broaden their career horizons. Schedule 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each (0830-1700), Monday through Friday No self-scheduling; occasional holiday coverage may be required Key Qualifications Current OT license with at least 1 year experience in acute inpatient or rehab settings Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Familiarity with
EPIC EMR
strongly preferred Willingness to float to nearby hospital as needed Open to first-time travelers eager to learn and adapt Ability to treat a daily caseload of 8-10 patients Comfortable covering both acute inpatient and swing bed units Responsibilities Complete comprehensive OT assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neuro, and general medical needs Deliver patient-centered care for acute inpatient and swing bed units Maintain accurate documentation utilizing the
EPIC EMR
