Key Qualifications:
Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy (OT) in Arizona or eligibility for licensure Experience in hospital-based occupational therapy preferred Demonstrated understanding of OT principles and therapeutic interventions within a healthcare environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills Ability to adapt to new team environments and collaborate across disciplines
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and execute patient-centered occupational therapy interventions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic techniques and at-home strategies Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory and hospital standards
