Shift:
Days Start date: 06/30/2026 Work setting: multi-site clinical care across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of functional abilities and activity limitations for patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize independence in daily living activities and functional tasks. Administer evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve motor skills, cognition, and adaptive strategies. Document patient progress and care plans in the electronic medical record; adjust treatment plans based on outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient and family education. Manage a diverse caseload with professional clinical judgment, while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance. Requirements Active California Occupational Therapist license (in good standing) Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
Education:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Experience:
