16-hour New Beginnings Orientation (NBO) Orientation starts every Monday Expectation of 36-48 hrs/week, with overtime options

Desired Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Recent hospital-based therapy experience preferred Strong teamwork and clinical communication skills Adaptability in floating between local campuses as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered therapy collaborating directly with multidisciplinary care teams Effectively manage treatment plans and accurate documentation using

EPIC EMR

Flexibly work variable shifts, including some summer holidays (1-2 of Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to charge/precepting duties when needed
