Schedule/Hours:
NBO:
16 hours Orientation offered every Monday Required participation in 1-2 summer holiday shifts (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) Flexibility to work overtime, with multipliers for OT and holidays May include call shifts with additional multipliersQualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license Experience providing therapy in a hospital setting Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC experience preferred) Adaptable to working across multiple campuses within the same system Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skillsResponsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive OT services to hospital patients Contribute to patient care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team Participate in precepting and/or charge responsibilities as needed Float between campuses as required to support care needsBenefits & Perks:
