Schedule/Hours:

Assignment based in our Bishop outpatient clinic

Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one patient care, with focused 45-minute sessions each hour Perform comprehensive evaluations, set goals, and formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians Administer evidence-based occupational therapy techniques appropriate to each diagnosis Document progress reports promptly, ensuring alignment with provider follow-ups and insurance requirements Reassess and revise treatment plan as needed, at minimum every 6 weeks Collaborate with all hospital departments and the outpatient rehabilitation team

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program; licensed to practice in California Outpatient and hand-based therapy experience preferred American Heart Association BLS certification required Strong interpersonal, motivational, and observational skills Team-oriented with effective communication abilities
