Full-time travel assignment Flexible scheduling based on facility needs
Qualifications/Experience Desired:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona or a Compact Eligible State Experience in acute rehab or hospital settings preferred Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans for patients in the ARU Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes Use evidence-based practices for therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients and families on recovery processes and home care
