Within the Occupational Therapy department, you'll experience clinical exposure to a wide array of diagnoses, including orthopedic (total joints), neurological (strokes), occasional brain injuries, general medical cases, and ICU patients. Each day brings new challenges and learning opportunities, from acute inpatient care to handling swing bed cases—all while collaborating with experienced leadership. Additionally, flexibility and adaptability are key, as therapists may occasionally float to a neighboring facility during low census periods, further expanding your professional perspective. Sharpen your clinical judgment and documentation skills by utilizing the

EPIC EMR

system and enjoy the support of an engaged management team. You will also participate in thorough onboarding with 2-3 days of orientation, gaining valuable insights into facility protocols before stepping fully into your role.

Schedule/Hours:

5 shifts per week, 8 hours per day (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) May require holiday coverage, no weekends

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active OT license with a minimum of 1 year of experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation settings BLS certification Adaptability to float between locations as needed Previous

EPIC EMR

experience preferred First-time travelers with relevant experience are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy care to 8-10 patients per day across acute inpatient and swing bed settings Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create, implement, and document care plans Contribute to positive patient outcomes and departmental goals
