Hours:
36 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Prior experience in hospital or skilled nursing therapy strongly preferred Adaptive communication and team collaboration skills Ability to thrive in dynamic healthcare environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in administering therapeutic activities and techniques as directed Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and independent functioning Document patient progress and collaborate on individualized care plans Foster a supportive, motivating environment for patients and their families
