Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Current and valid RN license Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology preferred Basic knowledge of cancer pathophysiology Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and evaluation BLS/CPR certification (required) Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing patient assessments and deliver skilled nursing services according to physician-prescribed plans (30%) Provide direct patient care: assessments, medication administration, treatments, urgent responses, and assistance with transfers (30%) Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate on care plan updates (20%) Process and perform orders from physicians and providers accurately and promptly (10%) Follow up on medication changes and seek order clarifications as needed (10%)
