10:30pm-7:00am (Monday-Friday)

Weekends/Holidays:

Coverage needed only until Saturday at 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead RN in the Operating Room, providing oversight and mentorship to surgical staff Manage Robotics and Neuro surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and outcomes Collaborate closely with anesthesiology, surgical, and support teams Maintain thorough patient records and coordinate perioperative care Foster a positive, efficient, and safe OR environment

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Robust experience in OR nursing, with demonstrated expertise in robotics and neuro cases Leadership or Charge nurse experience is strongly preferred Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols Commitment to excellence in patient care
