Schedule/Hours:

Days:

6:30am - 5:00pm (Shift days may vary based on patient needs) Call required 13-week assignment Expectation to float between nearby campuses

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary surgical team to deliver optimal patient care in the operating room Anticipate and plan for complex surgical needs, ensuring efficiency and patient safety Communicate clearly with families regarding patient status and procedures Maintain accurate physician preference cards and supply inventories Scrub and assist surgeons during operative procedures as needed Supervise and support personnel providing patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license 2+ years' experience in the OR, with strength in Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Experience with Cerner EMR system CNOR certification preferred Ability to adapt and float to multiple campus locations as required
