Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, supporting surgical teams before, during, and after procedures. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for surgical patients. Adhere to established safety protocols and advocate for patient safety at every stage. Document patient care accurately and promptly in accordance with current regulations. Collaborate effectively with physicians, surgeons, and fellow nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Operating Room setting required. BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred). Strong clinical judgment and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
