Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license, compact state eligibility preferred Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficient with perioperative policies, patient safety, and sterile field protocols Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the perioperative process Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff Monitor patient conditions, responding rapidly to changes Ensure a safe, aseptic environment for all involved
