Key Qualifications:

Current, active RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable adapting to new environments and protocols Ability to work effectively under pressure

Primary Responsibilities:

Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures according to facility policy Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict aseptic technique and adherence to infection control standards Document all aspects of patient care accurately and thoroughly
