Hours:
Full-time 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Days:
6:30am - 3:00pm No required weekends (but volunteer call opportunities available) Primary location with willingness to float if needed
Desired Qualifications:
Current RN license in New Mexico or compact state BLS and ACLS certifications via AHA Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred 1 year of recent OR nursing experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Independently deliver safe, high-quality perioperative care using the full nursing process Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs in routine and complex situations Administer medications, monitor outcomes, and document all aspects of care Address psychological, emotional, social, and cultural needs of patients and families Take initiative in patient and family education Delegate appropriately in a multidisciplinary team
