Schedule & Hours:

Choice of two schedule options: 36 hours/week, day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) Four 10-hour shifts/week (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Rotating call schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary Potential to float to area surgery centers in response to patient census and staffing needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality perioperative care to surgical patients in a dynamic, state-of-the-art OR Prepare and maintain a sterile environment, anticipating surgeon and team needs Monitor patient safety and act swiftly to changing conditions Accurately document in the Epic EMR system Respond efficiently to call shifts, adapting to a variety of surgical specialties, including opportunities for experience with robotic, neuro, and ortho procedures

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Current BLS and ACLS certifications required At least 3 years of recent operating room experience essential Experience with robotic, neuro, and orthopedic cases highly preferred Familiarity with Epic EMR strongly desired
