Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing At least 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (additional perioperative certification is a plus) Proficiency with current OR procedures, equipment, and documentation Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective perioperative nursing care during all phases of surgery Prepare operating rooms, coordinate with the surgical team, and manage tools and equipment Vigilantly monitor patient status and respond promptly to any changes Adhere to strict sterile technique and infection control guidelines Offer patient and family education, support, and reassurance
