Schedule/Hours:
6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Four-day work week fosters a balance between professional dedication and personal exploration
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact) Minimum of 1-2 years current experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse Strong knowledge of surgical aseptic technique and perioperative procedures BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Experience with a variety of specialties preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting surgeons in all phases of operative procedures with a focus on safety and patient outcome Performing circulating and/or scrub nurse duties Ensuring strict adherence to sterilization protocols and infection control Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care Supporting patients and families with empathy and respect
