Schedule/Hours Travelers begin assignments on Wednesdays During orientation week, 36 hours are guaranteed for travelers on a 48-hour contract due to midweek start On-call rotation: 1 night each week, every fourth weekend (30-minute case response required) Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing Active Vermont or multi-state RN license At least two years of perioperative experience BLS certification through the American Heart Association Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical-thinking abilities Willingness to train for multiple perioperative roles Key Responsibilities Deliver perioperative care across all surgical phases Fill circulator, scrub, and PACU nurse roles as needed Ensure patient safety via compliance with AORN standards and documentation Collaborate with the surgical and interdisciplinary team Benefits & Travel Perks Tax-advantaged travel stipends and assistance Premium, competitive compensation Comprehensive healthcare benefits 401(k) plans for your financial security Job stability with opportunities to grow professionally Embrace the unique professional and lifestyle benefits this role offers.
