Qualifications & Experience:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum 1-2 years' recent Operating Room experience
BLS/ACLS
certification (as required) Demonstrated proficiency with surgical instruments, patient monitoring, and sterile technique Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, assess, and support patients throughout surgical procedures Maintain a sterile clinical environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other nursing staff Effectively manage documentation, inventory, and surgical equipment Respond promptly to intraoperative emergencies and adapt to fast-paced scenarios
