Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective nursing care for patients before, during, and after surgery Scrub and circulate in a broad range of surgical procedures Implement surgical safety protocols and advocate for patients' needs Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and surgical assistants Respond swiftly to emergencies and uphold infection control standards Document all interventions and outcomes accurately

Essential Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year recent Operating Room experience Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing OR environments
