Schedule/Hours:
12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, day/evening rotation.Day shift start:
7 a.m. | Evening shifts: 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Every 3rd weekend as needed, every other holiday.On-call:
Once per schedule. May float to Moakley OR if necessary.Key Qualifications:
RN with at least 2 years of inpatient Operating Room experience (Level 1 trauma exposure strongly preferred). Scrub experience is required. Experience in at least 5 of the following services: general, GYN, GU, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatric, trauma, spine. Positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. BLS certification required. Neuro and vascular experience highly desirable. Candidates who have previously held permanent staff positions at the facility are not eligible for this travel role.Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care in a fast-paced, multispecialty operating room setting, staffed 24/7 across 17 OR suites. Scrub and circulate for a diverse case load. Support safe, efficient patient preparation, intraoperative care, and recovery.Benefits & Travel Perks:
