Schedule/Hours:

3 x 12-hour shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (08:30-21:00) No weekend or holiday requirements On-call duties as needed

Desired Qualifications:

Active KS or Compact RN license and BLS certification Strong neuro operating room experience required

Preferred:

Proficiency in ENT (trach/awake, head/neck flaps, ears, soft tissue cases) and surgical oncology Previous OR experience (new graduates not accepted) Willingness to float to all ORs as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, high-quality care within neuro, ENT, and surgical oncology patient populations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes Support peers across operating rooms while adapting to varied case loads and surgical specialties Maintain compliance with facility safety policies (nicotine free)
