Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Minimum of 1-2 years' recent OR (Operating Room) experience Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in perioperative nursing care and familiarity with surgical procedures Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care Maintain a sterile environment and support the surgical team throughout procedures Monitor patient status and document all relevant data before, during, and after surgery Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nursing staff Adhere to safety protocols and best-practice standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes
