Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current, active RN license. Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience. BLS certification (and ACLS if required by facility). Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic clinical settings.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care throughout the perioperative process. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals for optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation related to surgical care. Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families.
