With exposure to diverse case loads ranging from orthopedics and neurology to urology and thoracic procedures—including state-of-the-art DaVinci XI robotic surgeries—you'll expand your clinical toolkit and interact with multi-disciplinary teams, broadening your professional horizons.

Schedule & Assignment Details:

6:45 PM - 7:15 AM shifts 13-week assignment Main Surgical Unit, open 24/7 No local candidates within 50 miles

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years recent operating room RN experience Proven recent neuro and thoracic surgical experience Current AHA BLS certification Familiarity with Cerner EMR system Strong adaptability to handle high surgical volumes (28-55 cases/day) Demonstrated comfort with advanced technology, including DaVinci XI robots

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgeries, including orthopedics, neuro, thoracic, general, and urology Maintain excellence in sterile techniques and patient safety Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Accurately document and communicate using Cerner Contribute to efficient turnover and optimal patient outcomes
