Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Day shifts: 4x10 (10-hour shifts per week) Limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
On-call:
Every 6-7 days, rotating weekend call, late-stay shifts as scheduled
Qualifications:
Active RN license and BLS certification (AHA only) Minimum 1 year of neuro-specific experience required Demonstrated proficiency with DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning General and specialty surgery experience (Urology, GYN, Ortho, including scopes and arthroplasty) Commitment to flu vaccination (with exemptions only if client-approved) Adaptable, collaborative, and a positive team member
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative care for surgical patients Circulate primarily in neuro and general surgeries, ensuring optimal patient safety Serve as a patient advocate during all phases of operative care Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams Maintain strict adherence to hospital dress codes (black or hospital-provided scrubs)
