Schedule:

4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) Full-time days, no required weekends or on-call shifts—volunteer options available

Required Qualifications:

Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state BLS and ACLS certification via AHA 1 year of recent operating room RN experience preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Willingness to float between main and satellite campuses as needed

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care for both routine and complex surgical cases Independently manage patient assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations Address the holistic needs of patients and families, incorporating psychological, emotional, and cultural considerations Administer medications and treatments, monitor outcomes, and accurately document all care Educate patients and caregivers, identifying needs and resources Delegate and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
