Key Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room experience BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective patient care during all phases of perioperative processes Circulate and/or scrub on a range of surgical procedures Accurately document interventions and patient responses Maintain strict adherence to surgical asepsis and infection prevention measures Communicate proficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff Uphold high standards of patient advocacy and safety
