Travel assignment with flexible scheduling options depending on facility needsQualifications & Desired Experience:
Active RN license in California (or compact state with CA eligibility) Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities Comfort with a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environmentKey Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms and assist with patient positioning, prepping, and documentation Scrub and circulate for various surgical procedures, adhering to safety and aseptic techniques Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multi-disciplinary team members Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety throughout the perioperative process Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous quality improvementBenefits & Perks:
