Travel About the Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a quality-driven outpatient clinic focused on restoring function and improving patients' independence in daily life. This role is ideal for clinicians who value meaningful patient connections , evidence-based care, and a collaborative clinic culture. New Grad OTs are welcome , with mentorship and support available. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional impairments Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide 1:1 patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, coordination, and mobility Document patient progress accurately and timely Collaborate with physical therapists, assistants, and clinic leadership Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and long-term success Clinic Environment Outpatient orthopedic and general rehab focus Modern equipment and well-organized treatment spaces Supportive leadership and administrative staff Qualifications Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active (or pending) state OT license New Grad Occupational Therapists welcome (mentorship available) Outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay (travel or local contracts) Guaranteed hours First-day medical, dental, and vision benefits Housing stipend (travel roles) Meals & incidentals stipend License reimbursement Relocation assistance (when applicable) $1,200 CEU allowance per year 401(k) plan Short- and long-term disability Weekly direct deposit Why Work With Us Dedicated, personalized recruiter support Transparent pay packages Access to exclusive outpatient OT opportunities nationwide Career flexibility without sacrificing stability Clinician-first culture — your work and well-being matter Critical Connection, inc Job ID #18191185.
