Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Minimum 2 years of outpatient ortho or general orthopedic physical therapy experience required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer guidelines. Demonstrated ability to provide patient education and mentor students or junior staff preferred. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required.
