Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction, TMJ disorders, and general orthopedics required. Experience with pediatric orthopedic cases is required; caseload includes a mix of pediatric and adult patients. Outpatient clinic experience preferred.
