Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient clinic experience preferred. Minimum 1 year of outpatient or orthopedics experience preferred. Experience with common outpatient equipment and procedures preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and use of electrical stimulation and ultrasound. Ability to document using electronic medical record systems preferred.
