Schedule:

Day shifts: 8:30a-7p

On-call:

Approx. 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month 13-week assignment duration

Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 1 year of PACU nursing experience ACLS and PALS certifications required Permanent residence located at least 50 miles from the facility All required certifications must be provided upon submission

Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and care for patients post-surgery in a fast-paced PACU environment Effectively manage airways, pain control, and post-anesthesia recovery Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and pre/post-operative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to evidence-based protocols and facility-specific procedures Document all aspects of care precisely and promptly
