Schedule:
24 hours per week 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM shiftsDesired Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license (State of MI or compact) Minimum 1 year of recent stepdown unit experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication and collaboration skills Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environmentsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to stepdown unit patients Monitor patients transitioning from critical care, recognizing changes in condition promptly Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and uphold evidence-based nursing practices Support patient and family education during recoveryBenefits and Perks:
