Unit Specific Skillset :

able to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a central inpatient pharmacy--verifying EPIC orders, checking technician work, answering pharmacist phone calls, etc. Inpatient pharmacy operating from 0600-1900 weekdays, 0600-1600 weekends/holidays, providing inpatient and outpatient IVs, inpatient unit dose meds, and outpatient chemotherapy. Inpatient Census usually 10-15Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, outpatient oncology, EDHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.

The on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours. If the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay.
