In this contract role, you will assess and treat individuals facing mobility challenges, pain, or disabilities, helping them regain their quality of life and independence. Your expertise will guide patients to achieve long-term health and prevent future mobility loss through tailored exercise and education.

Schedule:

Choice of shifts: 7:00 am

• 4:00 pm or 8:00 am
• 5:00 pm Outpatient hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am
• 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am
• 1:00 pm Participation in weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote movement and minimize pain Deliver therapy sessions averaging 9-11 patients per day Utilize EMR systems including ReDoc and MedHost for thorough documentation Educate patients and families in mobility techniques, prevention, and wellness programs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other inpatient and outpatient PTs, to provide comprehensive rehabilitation Ensure compliance with state licensure and best practice standards for quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Current Arizona physical therapist license (required) Active credentials as a physical therapist Experience in a hospital or outpatient environment preferred Familiarity with electronic medical records, especially ReDoc and MedHost Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-interaction skills Within this engaging hospital-based position, you will be an integral part of the team, offering support to both patients and colleagues as you advance their journey to recovery and wellness.
